Conference Scholarships

Learn more or apply for assistance to attend national rare disease conferences for registered families. Additional qualifications apply. 

Sullivan Sister Scholarship

The SSS supports AHF's family members pursuing careers that will improve the quality of life for individuals living with rare  medical conditions.
