Vendors Guidelines

It is time once again for the Annual Angels in the Park Car Show! Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Copperton Park. Please review the information below and if you are interested in becoming a vendor, click the “register” link below and register by June 21, 2020. Space is limited, so please don’t delay.

We look forward to your participation in this fabulous fundraising experience!

BOOTHS: A 10’ wide by 10’ deep booth space is $50.00.

APPLICATIONS: Applications are not validated until payment is received. Applications are approved on a first come, first served basis. Applications accepted after July 01, 2020 the fee will go up to $125. Please Applicants will be notified on or before June 30, 2020 of their participation. Fees will be returned to non-selected applicants. The entry fee is non-refundable once a vendor is accepted to participate in the FUNDRAISER.

LOADIN & LOAD-OUT: Vendors will have one hour prior and one hour after the FUNDRAISER for load-in and load-out. Vendors need to supply their own tables and canopies. Vendors will be responsible to secure their canopies and are liable for damage caused by their canopies.  We will not have dollies and/or carts. There will not be electricity available. Please have your booth ready for shoppers by 11:00 am.

FOOD ITEMS: No one other than approved food vendors will be allowed to sell food for consumption, on the premises.

DONATIONS: We ask that each vendor please donate one item/gift basket/craft of no less that a $50 value to be used at our discretion in the fundraising process as well as a $50 vendor fee.
