BOOTHS: A 10’ wide by 10’ deep booth space is $50.00, $0.96 of every dollar from booth rental will go directly to Angel’s Hands Foundation.
APPLICATIONS: Applications are not validated until payment is received. Applications are approved on a first come, first served basis. Applications accepted after July 01, 2019 the fee will go up to $125. Please Applicants will be notified on or before June 30, 2019 of their participation. Checks will be returned to non-selected applicants. The entry fee is non-refundable once a vendor is accepted to participate in the FUNDRAISER.
LOAD–IN & LOAD-OUT: Vendors will have one hour prior and one hour after the FUNDRAISER for load-in and load-out. Vendors need to supply their own tables. We will not have dollies and/or carts. There will not be electricity available. Please have your booth ready for shoppers by 11:00 am.
FOOD ITEMS: No one other than approved food vendors will be allowed to sell food for consumption, on the premises.
DONATIONS: We ask that each vendor please donate one item/gift basket/craft of no less that a $50 value to be used at our discretion in the fundraising process as well as a $50 vendor fee.
